Matthew Zigelstein, Commercial Division Manager
Matthew Zigelstein is the Commercial Division Manager, where he works alongside the National Commercial Advisory Council (NCAC) and the Royal LePage Canada team to lead national strategy, growth, and brand development across the company's commercial network in Canada. Since joining Royal LePage Commercial in 2023, he has contributed to recruitment, marketing execution, and national industry initiatives across the organization.
He brings experience from leading global brands including Procter & Gamble and Hershey Canada, with a focus on sales strategy, market analysis, and business development. Matthew is an Honours with Distinction graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University's Lazaridis School of Business and Economics and has completed his real estate licensing requirements.
Zya Lewis-Dacres, Commercial Broker Services Coordinator
Zya Lewis-Dacres, is the Commercial Broker Services Coordinator at Royal LePage Commercial, with a track record of operational enhancement and business analysis.
Before joining Royal LePage, she worked at startup, where her commitment to operational excellence was demonstrated by initiatives that streamlined processes and enhanced customer experience. These initiatives included improving training for more than 100 agents and implementing effective vendor management plans.
